Necessary Storage
Necessary storage supports selected works, language preference, consent choices and session behavior required for the site experience. It is not used for advertising.

SEREIN distinguishes necessary site storage from optional audience measurement. Refusing audience measurement is as easy as accepting it.

Audience measurement helps SEREIN understand page usage, artwork interest and performance through first-party events. It is disabled unless the visitor accepts it.
When configured, Meta Pixel sends page visits and browser information to Meta only after separate marketing consent. It stays off by default. Accepting audience measurement does not activate it. You can withdraw marketing consent in these preferences.
With your specific Microsoft Clarity consent, Microsoft Clarity observes clicks, scrolling and interactions on public SEREIN pages and the cart to understand navigation difficulties. Content is masked; form values are not used for this analysis. Technical identifiers and connection information are processed: masking does not mean full anonymization. No names, emails, customer IDs, order references or custom identifiers are deliberately sent. Microsoft advertising consent remains denied.
Clarity is not loaded before consent. Refuse or withdraw it in Cookie preferences. Withdrawal stops recording, removes accessible Clarity cookies and reloads the page to unload the SDK; selected works remain stored. Consent lasts up to 180 days. Control Room, contact and withdrawal forms, order pages and external Shopify checkout are excluded. Recordings and heatmaps depend on consented visits and Microsoft processing.
Microsoft may process data outside the EEA. Retention and safeguards are described here: Microsoft Clarity Privacy — Microsoft Privacy Statement.
